| Shipping Information |
| Orders for stock items, spare parts and liners are usually shipped within 5 business days. Most boot systems are custom assemble and can take up to 2 or 3 weeks to process dependent on our backlog. |
| US and Canada |
| Parcel Ground: Due to tracking issues if shipping preference has not been specified by the customer at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped using Parcel Ground Shipping. A bit slower than regular mail (allow 8-14 days) but includes a tracking number and insurance coverage. We are not responsible for loss or damages to your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. |
| Regular Mail:Allow 7-11 days. This method of shipping has no tracking number and no insurance included. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. |
| EXPRESS AIR: Fastest way to ship with a trackable waybill # and a 5-7 day delivery time (includes insurance coverage). |
| UPS: UPS is fast and reliable - cost is $40 and up (overnight not always available). We no longer use Fedex due to the extensive exportation paperwork they require. |
| International |
| EXPRESS AIR: Due to tracking issues if shipping preference has not been specified by the customer at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped using Express Air. Includes tracking number and insurance, allow 5-10 days. |

| UPS: UPS is fast and reliable - cost is $60 and up. We no longer use Fedex due to the extensive exportation paperwork they require. |

| Taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so forth which may be assessed in your country are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping price. Be aware that there could be charges which may be payable by you upon receipt of the package. If packages are held by your country's customs office, or your local delivery agent, it is your responsibility to locate the package and arrange for delivery once clearance has been approved. |
